Founded in 2003, Jeff Klopmeyer Communications is an award-winning, full-service marketing communications agency that focuses on the musical instrument, professional audio, and related industries. JKC is based in Southern California, in the heart of the music and entertainment world.
Our background in the industry goes back much further than the launch of the company. Jeff began his career as a marketer for Alesis Studio Electronics in 1993, creating advertising and marketing communications for some of the most successful products in our industry’s history, and then held the same role for TASCAM in the early 2000s.
Jeff’s entry into the industry was the result of his own deep experience as a performing/composing musician and audio recording/mixing engineer, with education from Berklee College of Music and a bachelor’s degree in Music from California State University. He remains a performing and recording musician and singer-songwriter today.
